 Installation Notes

  • Software can only be used on the machine it is downloaded to
  • Internet Connection - High speed internet connection required
  • The installation of J2534 pass-through device and drivers before installing RDT software is recommended
  • The following devices have been tested with RDT
    • Ford VCM (requires FDRS/IDS license)
    • EEPOD MyCANIC or MyCANIC-FD
    • Intrepid ValueCAN 4-2
    • Dashbridge CX
    • Dearborn Group DPA5
    • other J2534 compatible devices should work - contact vendor for support
  • Minimum Recommended PC Hardware Configuration:
    • Processor minimum: 2.4 gigahertz (GHz) or greater Intel I5/I7 Dual Core
    • Memory minimum: 4 gigabyte (GB) RAM or greater
    • Windows 10
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or later
